1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every customer of LaunchPulse and to every message sent through the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
2. You may
- Send B2B outreach to professional contacts at companies inside your defined ICP.
- Reference publicly available information about a prospect or their company (funding, hires, press, public job postings, etc.).
- Personalize messages using public signals — that's the whole point of the per-client learning loop.
- Use multiple sending domains and identities under your account, as long as each is a real domain you own and each identity is a real person on your team.
- Disagree with the compliance gate. You can request review of any flagged send via the escalation path in your account dashboard.
3. You may not
- Send unsolicited consumer marketing. The Service is for B2B contact between businesses, full stop.
- Send to personal email addresses (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.) unless you can demonstrate the recipient has a clear business role at the addressed company.
- Send messages that are deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or designed to harm.
- Send messages to recipients who have asked you (or any prior contact) to stop. The suppression list is global per customer; honor it.
- Impersonate a person, brand, or domain you don't own. SPF/DKIM mismatch = automatic send-block.
- Use the Service to circumvent the compliance gate. The gate is not a suggestion; it's a legal safety. Repeated attempts will get you suspended.
- Use the Service for phishing, malware distribution, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy, state UDAP statutes, etc.).
- Sell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without an explicit reseller agreement (this is a Custom-tier add-on).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the per-client learning model. The model is yours under our DPA; that's how you access it.
4. Enforcement
First-offense violations get a written warning and a 7-day cure window. Repeat or material violations result in suspension. Egregious violations (phishing, fraud, illegal targeting) result in immediate termination without refund.
We log every enforcement action and share the log with you. If you disagree with an action, the appeals path is appeals@launchpulse.io and we respond within 5 business days.
